I am a Registered Physiotherapist in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. I started dancing at the age of 3 and fell in love with movement. I completed my Bachelor of Fine Arts (Hons) in Dance at York University and my Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta.
I have a passion for Dance Medicine and keeping young dancers healthy and injury-free. I also have training in STOTT Rehab Pilates for both the mat and reformer and I am certified in Level 1 of Progressing Ballet Technique. I have also completed my Level 2 Manual Therapy certification under the Canadian Physiotherapy Association’s Orthopaedic Division.
I am a member of the International Association of Dance Medicine and Science, Healthy Dancer Canada, the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, and the Physiotherapy Association of BC.
